Do I need to reside in a specific state to use your service?
No! Anyone from any State in the USA can signup and use a Brown Belt Logistics LLC Mailbox from any of the addresses that we provide.
What are mailbox recipients?
Mailbox recipients are individuals, businesses, family members, or employees who wish to receive mail under their name at your mailbox address.
For instance, if you set up an account and want to include your sister as a recipient, she will need to complete a USPS Form 1583 and provide the necessary identification.
A recipient is the person or business name associated with the mail being sent.
Basic Package: Includes one business or individual.
Standard Package: Allows for one individual and two businesses, or two individuals and one business.
Premium Package: Accommodates up to five businesses and/or individuals
How long will my mail be held?
We offer complimentary mail storage for up to 60 days. After this period, we charge $1 per envelope per month for extended storage. Please note that after 60 days, any remaining mail will be returned to the sender.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No, there are no long-term contracts! All our plans operate on a month-to-month basis, so youโre not locked into an extended commitment. You can cancel your account at any time. Please note that payments for your mailbox are not prorated, and you must cancel at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made after the scheduled payment date will incur charges for the upcoming month.
What is the cost for scanning my mail?
Each plan includes a specific number of pages scanned per month at no extra charge. Most customers find the Standard plan sufficient for their needs. If you exceed your planโs limit and prefer not to upgrade, you can have additional pages scanned for $0.50 per page.

What happens to my mail if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, you have up to 5 days to contact our office with updated payment information. A $25 reinstatement fee will apply to accounts that are more than 5 days overdue.
Who can pick up my mail?
Anyone designated on your account is authorized to pick up your mail. They must present a valid ID at the time of pickup.
What are mailbox recipients?

If your payment is more than 14 days late, we will notify you via text and email that a hold will be placed on all mail until the balance is settled. If the balance remains unpaid by day 21, your mailbox will enter suspension, and all mail will be returned to the sender after 30 days past due.
How do I cancel my mailbox rental?

Include your name and the name of your business. Cancellations will take effect 15-30 days from the date of your request.
Example: If your mailbox rental is due/paid on January 1, 2024, and you cancel on January 29, 2024, you will be billed for February 1, 2024, but not for March 1, 2024.
For immediate cancellations, contact your bank directly. You will be responsible for any outstanding balance.
Can I pay cash for my mailbox?
Yes, you can pay for your mailbox rental in cash. Please note that all cash payments must be made for a minimum of three months in advance.

Do my unused scans roll over to the next month?
No, unused scans do not carry over to the next month. Each month starts fresh with a new set of scans included in your plan
