Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call no show will result in you having to pay for another test. Cancelation of a class will NOT result in a refund. You may enroll in a different class session as long as there is a notification at least 24 hours before the date of class. No call no show for class will result in you having to pay IN FULL for a different class session.

Please type “I Understand” below to indicate that you understand that we have a very strict NO REFUND policy. If you need to reschedule, you must request your reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
